I was referred to Jamarra, the owner of CombyoHair, by a coworker who has beautiful, healthy locs. After my previous loctician decided to stop doing my son’s hair, I noticed several concerns and wanted a professional opinion. Based on the referral, I booked an appointment and spoke with Jamarra by phone since my son was with his father at the time.

Due to weather concerns, I initially had to reschedule, and Jamarra was very professional and accommodating. On the day of my son’s appointment, I spoke with her directly about my concerns. She clearly explained her plan, repaired the damage that had been done to his locs, and followed through exactly as discussed.

Most importantly, my son had a great experience. He shared that the retwist did not hurt, which had been an issue in the past. He said she was fast, gentle, and kind. His hair was done efficiently, and both his concerns and mine were fully addressed.
